kyokushin-ikuIKU was founded by Master Kaicho Farzinzad with the Legendary Master Masutatsu Oyama in mind to inspire and protect the Kyokushinkai Way, and principles, in the 21st century. The IKU and its officers are committed to Mas Oyama's original mission and will not promote prejudice based on ethnicity, race, religion, sex. The IKU and it's officers recognize that everyone has the same rights.

Win or lose - throughout their day IKU members must concentrate and endorse themselves with both their minds and hearts to ensure their success in the next day. IKU members always strive to not loose balance between their success and loses. Life goes on, and they must practice and rely on the loyalty, dignity and integrity; always avoiding ego, greed and jealousy.

The decade of the 1960's was for Kyokushinkai founder Masutatsu Oyama, being a karate man, a period of ascetic training. The decade of the 70's saw the girth and establishment and growth of Kyokushinkai karate. The 1980's was the expansion period all over the world. The 1990's was the event of 5 international open karate tournaments executed by Masutatsu Oyama.

Kaicho David Farzinzad brings Kyokushin Karate to Avon CT and Canton CT and is founder of the IKU.
